"The day care staff are wonderful"

About: Short Breaks / Ross Court

(as a service user),

I joined Ross Court Day Care Centre Galston.

The activities and the care we received was fantastic. That I was when I applied for a second day to get it. 

The day care staff are wonderful. They keep going with quizzes and games , carpet bowls, floor darts and a ballgame which we have to answer questions and fling the ball back. 

The carers take great care and they keep our brain working and our body moving.

I am very glad I joined Ross Court and if I could I would nominate them for an award for the care and attention they give us is fantastic.

Thank you very much for taking the time to give feedback on your experience of day services at Ross Court. I am pleased to hear that you enjoy the support that our day care workforce provide. Your positive comments are extremely valuable and I will ensure that these are shared with the carers. I hope that you continue to benefit from the games and activities.

There is an award scheme called Greatix and I will nominate the staff group for this on your behalf.
