(as a service user),

My teenage son has eczema has a really bad flare up which is causing him a lot of pain and discomfort.  At the Dermatology Clinic at Altnagelvin, Sr White and Nurse Orla at listened and provided advice and support which was compassionate and patient centred to a teenager.

I am glad myself and Orla were able to give you and your son the support and advice that was needed and I hope your son is doing a lot better. Thank you for taking the time to give such lovely feedback to the dermatology staff it is very much appreciated. Have a lovely Christmas!
