"111 is a joke"

I phoned 111 and was on hold for 20 minutes before someone answered and said they were having technical difficulties and someone else would call me back. After another wait, someone phoned me back. From the get-go they were really unprofessional. There was someone singing and joking in the background and the person on the phone was laughing at them. They also asked if I could be pregnant despite the fact I’d told her twice I had a hysterectomy a few days ago. They were just reading questions from a sheet and sometimes forgot where they'd got to and repeated the previous question. All in all, this was an absolute joke of a call. It’s now 2 hours later and nobody called back like they said they would.
