I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by the reception team at this GP practice. Some of the receptionists are rude, unprofessional, and arrogant. Despite calling for two weeks straight at 8 am and waiting on hold for nearly 20 minutes each time, I was repeatedly told that no appointments were available. This is unacceptable, especially since the pressures of the COVID-19 period have passed, and there is no valid excuse for such poor service anymore.
This used to be a great GP under the previous management, but the current state of the practice is appalling.
On one occasion, instead of apologising for the lack of available appointments, the receptionist began questioning my personal circumstances, including what job I do and why I couldn't attend their only available slot. When I asked why they needed this information, the receptionist abruptly hung up the phone. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
