"spot-on throughout"

About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Dermatology

(as a service user),

A growth on the side of my nose was investigated and found to be a low grade skin cancer. I am able to state very gratefully that the growth was removed without delay and the only pain felt was slight, when the needle through which the local anaesthetic was applied, pieced the skin! Kind briefings have been given by all nursing staff and the consultant's understanding words have been spot-on throughout.

Dear Grumpy84

Thank you for your feedback on your experience and treatment through the Dermatology Department. We have been working really hard to meet all the cancer waiting times targets throughout 2024 and patient feedback is really important to us.

I wish you a speedy recovery and will ensure this is fed back to all the team.
