"I believe it does help"

About: CGL Birmingham / Central & West Hub

(as a service user),

I've been coming because I believe it does help.  But in everything there is space for improvement.  Such as letting the people that actually on recovery speak a bit more about their experiences rather than relying on papers and leaflets.  Different methods help different people.  Sober tests, alcoholic quizzes to test were learning, processing and taking in.
