"Great care on Medical SDEC"

Having developed breathing difficulties I was seen on Medical SDEC where the staff were kind, caring and respectful. They ensured I was comfortable and well hydrated. They kept me up to date with what was going to happen in my assessment which was very thorough. Following on from blood tests and imaging, I was seen by Dr Teckchandani who was able to allay my fears and provide me with a clear explanation for my symptoms and how to manage them. Thankfully I was able to be discharged home with medication and advice. I just wanted to let the team (especially Sister Shadbolt & HCA McNeill) know how grateful I am for their excellent care in these difficult times for the NHS. They are amazing!
