"Brilliant service "

I contacted the community falls team to expedite a falls assessment for a friend. This was on 24th December which is a very busy time for the NHS and I was expecting a limited service. The staff on the phone line were sympathetic and extremely helpful. An assessment was arranged straight away. They even offered to come out on Christmas Day. We agreed on Boxing Day and an occupational therapist did an extensive assessment of the house for trip hazards. They were patient, answered questions and were incredibly helpful. My friend also has home care visits arranged for the next month to see how she gets on. The service was absolutely amazing, we really couldn't have asked for more. What a fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly team. Thank you.
