"Tooth pain"

About: Children, Young People and Families and Specialist Primary Care / Worcestershire Community Dental Service

(as the patient),

I had tooth pain, bad tooth pain, so came in for an emergency appointment.

What was good: The staff were really friendly and helpful, they knew I was terrified but helped me through it by answering my questions and using supportive words.

What could be improved:  It would be cool to have a booklet of caring for teeth instead of just a piece of paper.
