"Super, well organised and personal service"

I called to try to reorganise two appointments for both my wife and son this week. The receptionist who helped me was friendly, interested and keen to help. They found us two appts together on Saturday which suited us perfectly. I've been a patient here since 2006 and I continue to be impressed at how well run this practice is and what a generally easy experience it is to interact with and visit when necessary. I don't understand why more GP practices can't match this quality. Thank you!
