About: Sidwell Street Clinic / Exeter Sexual Health

(as the patient),

I requested an appointment about having a coil fitted. I initially had a phone call regarding my options and then an appointment for the procedure. I was kept well informed throughout all elements of the process and given details so that I fully understood the benefits but also the potential risks. The nurses were very professional, kind and caring. I didnt feel rushed at any stage and felt safe and looked after. Overall it was a good experience.
