(as the patient),

I had a procedure today at the breast clinic carried out by Joni, Catherine and Ria. All staff members were extremely professional and skilled at their job and made me feel very comfortable and reassured throughout the procedure.

Hi mayjd33,

Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. I am the radiography manager for this service and the three staff members you have mentioned are part of my team.

It seems like the procedure you talked of might have been a biopsy which I am sure would be an anxious time.

The three staff members you have mentioned have been sent this lovely feedback and it is nice for them to receive these kind words as they really do put patient care at the centre of all that they do. Especially as this is what we call advanced practice and shows just how well radiography led advanced practice can work and benefit the patients.

I hope that you continue to have positive experiences as a service user whilst waiting on any results, it can be a difficult time so I am glad that your experience was good whilst having the procedure and I wish a speedy recovery to you from that.
