(as a relative),

Recently my mum was admitted to a&e with shortness of breath. She was on oxygen and was feeling very anxious about being readmitted.

We had a doctor called mimi (Miriam) who did a fantastic job making my mum feel at ease,  getting blood samples taken and coming up with a plan as my mum was very hesitant at blood being taken etc.

Mimi gave mum lots of reassurance and listened to her concerns fully and made her a&e visit a lot more pleasant.

Kindness goes a long way - thank you
