"Really great and helpful staff"

There always appears to be a negative stigma attached to GP surgeries and the apparent lack of appointments but I always get the help I need at Dr Dawoud's Surgery. I recently phoned and although I was in a queue for approx 20 mins, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who got me an appointment for the same day. The Dr phoned me a few hours later and helped me get the exact treatment I needed. I felt so much better and thankful for the help I recieved from the staff at the surgery.
