"Trying for an appointment since July"

I suffer with fibromyalgia, arthritis, hypothyroidism, artriel fibrillation, cardiomyopothy and severe water retention. I also have trigger finger on both my hands and need urgent assistance as both my hands are causing problems and I have limited use now.

Since the end of July I have phoned hundreds of times, either can not get through or when I do it's the same old story no appointments try tomorrow. Every day I ring I am on the phone for more than three hours in the morning with no luck.

Since last June I have been having very severe water retention, pain is off the scale and I need to see a doctor asap. I go on the system online it shows no appointments at present to show. Patches says they have the limit of referals and can not take anymore.

I saw a nurse a few weeks ago and told them everything. I was again told to try patches and I have every day. Now this is so worrying as I have heart issues, and need to see a dr but can not get an appointment. It's been 6 months now which is absolutely shocking.

I really do not know what else to do. I am going to make a record of every time I try and if in the meantime I collapse or worse my husband can take this much further! I feel so let down by the system, and my mental health is suffering 😞
