"Made a difference to my day"

About: University Hospital Monklands

(as a service user),

I am writing this a short thank you to highlight how a member of staff working in the Monklands Car parking section made a difference to my day - I believe his name to be Dean. 

I was assisted in being able to park within the car parking zone, what helped me to get to my appointment ahead of time, I am going through things in the hospital and his kindness and willingness to help made such a difference to my day! 

Really helped me to arrive for my appointment feeling really positive and with a smile that someone was willing to help. 

I thanked him and explained he had made a difference to my day, really pleased. 

Thank you once again!

Thank you for sharing your experience with Dean in the University Hospital Monklands Car Park.

I am delighted to hear that Dean was able to help you with parking and make it a more efficient and enjoyable process. It can be a worrying time attending hospital and added stress about parking and being on time for your appointment will only make the experience worse so I am glad that a small change has made a big difference to your day.

I have shared your feedback with Dean's manager and I am sure he was delighted to receive it and know that his efforts have not gone unnoticed.
