(as a relative),

My dad was taken to A&E after a fall and back pain. The service of care was excellent. 2 x-rays, ultrasound scan, MRI and CT scan all in one day. The doctor kept us up to date in everything happening.  Dad had two fractures in his back and on being discharged he was fitted with a brace and was give walking aids etc to make life easier at home. Craigavon A&E thankyou

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us during your recent visit to ED in CAH with your dad.

It is lovely to hear that the service of care that you received during your time in ED was excellent.

Staff are working under immense pressure everyday and strive very hard to provide a high standard of service and care to everyone who avails of the health and care service. It is refreshing to hear that their hard work is really appreciated and valued.

As the radiography lead I will pass on your lovely comments to the radiography team and I know they will be delighted to hear your positive feedback on the service they provide.

Again thank you for your reassuring comments and I along with the radiography team in CAH wish your dad a speedy and full recovery following his fall and fracture diagnosis.
