"Staff have all been very attentive and full of knowledge"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Elderly medicine

(as a relative),

My mother was admitted to A22 at the start of this year. Over the course of her admission she has always been treated with such respect and care.

The staff have all been very attentive and full of knowledge. The nurses were fabulous. My mother was always well looked after, clean, hair done perfectly and supported to maintain her independence. The ward was always clean, tidy and a welcoming environment.

My family and I want to give a special thanks to the student nurse Teensha. She was so kind and caring with my mother. Her knowledge was incredible. Her attitude was amazing. She always kept us updated. My mother has spoken so highly of her. A credit to the ward and university.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feed back in relation to your mother’s admission to ward A22. I am pleased to hear that the experience that your mother received was positive and that the respect and level of care was of the standard that we as a service strive to achieve at all times.

We will ensure that your kind feedback is passed onto both the ward staff and the student nurse that both you and your mother have spoken so highly of, and I again want to express how grateful I am that you have taken time to feedback your experience.
