About: Rampton Hospital

(as the patient),

I want to compliment the gym staff on the encouragement and the support in losing my weight in a healthy way and giving me the confidence in my body image and mind.

So thank you.

Push me to the limit in my strength. I feel has helped me now and the future ready for me joining a gym out of Rampton and the confidence in my  recovery.

Thank you so much for posting such lovely feedback about the gym staff and how they have supported you in losing weight in a healthy way. The health and fitness and healthy lifestyle teams work really closely together to support patients and have some great activities for all abilities.
