(as a service user),

I have crps, I'm hypermobile and have just experienced huge grief. Anne was warm and engaging throughout.

There was no judgement and honestly left the service feeling quite proud of myself. The service for me at the moment is not the right fit but I wish 7 years ago when I first got diagnosed I had access to it. It would have been life changing. I hope people in early journeys get to experience what I did.

My physical and mental health was considered and I was supported when talking about the difficult stuff.

Many thanks for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your experience of working alongside Anne, one of our occupational therapists.

I am glad to read that you felt proud of yourself following your sessions with Anne. I appreciate your feedback regarding how you feel this support could have been beneficial at an earlier stage in your journey. We will continue to promote the importance of early intervention as agree this is so important in helping people to live well.

I do hope you are able to access the right support for your needs and continue to live well with your health needs.
