"I felt very well looked after"

About: General practices in Greater Glasgow & Clyde

(as a service user),

Just want to say how efficient and quick my experience at Glenmill Medical Practise, Glasgow was last week. I phoned just after 9, was given a same day appointment. The doctor I saw never rushed me, gave me lots of time to present my symptoms and then professionally and thoroughly did his clinical examination and assessment.

I left with a diagnosis and some treatment feeling very reassured.

The same doctor then phoned me a further twice - once to follow-up my blood pressure and the second time (24 hours later) to explain my blood results.

I felt very well looked after and really appreciated the service provided by the woke practise team. Thank you.
