(as a service user),

I would like to say a huge thank you to Dean, the drop off car park attendant at Monklands hospital! He went over and above to help me locate my mum when drop off area was very busy and he was also trying to control the traffic! The difference he made to our stressful day was huge. It only took him a minute…but made such a difference to us! Thank you Dean, we need more like you!
