"No Care"

About: Avenue House

(as the patient),

My story you didn't contact me or try to help me for good couple of months now even you promised me that you will do so and you told me my referral has been done to other services and they will contact me but nothing happened I contacted you many times asking and told the receptionist to send an email or to pass the message to you guys.

Still nothing happened that psychiatrist who doesn't even know if the diazipam was prescribed to me to Don't exceed 21 tablets a week when you could've contacted my dr to make sure if you don't believe me.

I hope you guys know how it feels when you ask for help but you get nothing, if anything happens to me it will be the lack of care.
