"Care of elderly relative"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Palliative Care

(as a relative),

Dr McKeown came to chat with relative (patient) and I re their care.

We were listened to, spoken to without jargon and our views taken into consideration. Dr McKeown was open to suggestions and clearly understood the situation.

Dear DionysusofCowal,

Thank you so much for taking the time to feedback - it's very much appreciated when everyone is so busy! I am glad you found the consultation helpful and I hope the care of your relative goes well. If I can be of any other help please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Thank you again!

Alistair
