"Genuine and caring blood nurse"

I have been feeling very ill mainly fatigue and more recently a nasty upper respiratory infection. Having been referred to Purley Hospital for full bloods, I was naturally tearful, worried. I work, am active and generally in good health so to be feeling so unwell for so many months had been bottled up and I was called into the room.

Nurse W is an angel.

She made me feel relaxed and we shared a lovely few minutes conversation, such a special individual I will not forget her in my prayers.
