"The nurses were professional and caring"

About: Victoria Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

I was recently admitted to Urology Ward 54.  The nurses there were professional and caring during this time especially Emma, Beth, Katie but the whole team were terrific at a time when I felt very vulnerable and in considerable pain.

I eventually had surgery and I definitely want a shout out for the surgeon Dr Longshaw who explained everything to me and made me feel I was in capable hands.

Dear Paul22,

Thank you for taking the time to post your lovely response regarding your recent stay on the ward.

I am pleased to hear that you felt well cared for and attended to by the team and that we were able to support you.

Dr Longshaw has been informed of her contribution to your care and is pleased that you felt at ease and fully informed along your journey.

The staff in Ward 54 will be pleased to hear this and I will share your feedback to the identified individuals in this post.

Thank you and take care.
