"Bullseye and the non fiction that comes with my mind"

About: Thurrock Services / Inclusion Thurrock Psychological Therapies Service

(as the patient),

Bullseye is my mind the trigger point that battles my emotions in therapy I learned how to control bullseye by using the virtuous flower which helps with my emotions and thoughts. I still feel lost after therapy even though it was helpful and I learned a lot I still feel not in control of my thoughts and bullseye continues to strike especially when I am anxious the thoughts centre around me why I think i am a monster a bad person. However I tried the grounding technique I didn't find this useful as it was trying to figure out my emotions by stripping each thought back.

Hello,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am glad to hear that some of the support provided has been helpful and that some therapeutic techniques have worked for you, although I understand that others have not yet been as effective.

As you mentioned that you are still feeling lost and anxious following therapy, I would like to suggest the option of you completing a self-referral to seek additional therapeutic support, and to explore additional techniques. I have provided the link and contact information on how to self-refer below.

Kind regards,

Paul Opoku
