Just a note to thank all the staff that cared for me in ward 206.

It’s the first time I have been admitted in probably 40 years and if I take ill again I would want the same staff,and it’s not even my local hospital as I am from Ayr.

They have been absolutely amazing with me and everyone else that was being cared for.I can see the dedication they have and the passion and care for their job and the patients.

They have many different patients to deal with and they all get to know them all individually and I can see the many challenges they face on a daily basis and they just work through them without any complaints.

Be proud of the amazing team you have here and I would be more than happy to have you on my team.

I can’t thank you’s enough and don’t think we appreciate our NHS and it is yourselves that will keep the NHS shining.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us regarding Ward 206 at the Royal Infirmary.

I was sorry that you had to be admitted, particularly after 40 years of being well! I was however delighted to read how well looked after you were by the team, and that they were so passionate about their job and how they care for their patients.

We have shared this with the management team for this service to share this with the team, and I am sure they will be delighted to receive it.
