My teenage daughter originally had an appointment to get more of her contraceptive pill, but she received a text to say it had been cancelled and rescheduled for a different time. The time offered was unsuitable so she asked me to ring for her as she was at college.
I called and explained she would be out of her tablets and was told by the advisor our best option was to attend the walk-in clinic that night. So her appointment was cancelled and we made our way to the clinic.
At reception we said what we were there for and were asked to fill in a form. When my daughter was called in she was then told they couldn’t help her in a walk-in. This makes absolutely no sense, we did everything we were told to do by your staff and she was turned away.
