"Guiding us though the best way to support our service user"

About: Intellectual Developmental Disabilities /Learning Disability Services - Community / Intensive Community Assessment & Treatment Team - ICATT (North & South)

(as other),

Ruth worked with our service user and became a mentor to him.

Guiding us though the best way to support our service user and the soft approaches introducing different things to him. This also gave myself and the team a better understanding of the work Ruth and the ICATT south team do.

So from all here we would like to say thank you to Ruth and the team for the many hours of support. Our service user is now more confident, the second person has now moved on which has opened up the umbrella for our service user. He has come on so much. He is still going to youth club taking part in cooking skills and daily tasks.

Thank you once again for everything.

Dear hotelmc63

Thanks you so much for this glowing feedback for Ruth and ICATT South. We are glad you've had such a positive experience with ICATT and that your service-user is progressing so well.

Regards.
