"Appalling customer service"

This GP removed me as a patient without asking me first, allowed me to still book a cervical screening and then refused to tell me the results because I was no longer a patient. They claimed I had moved, despite me advising many times over the last 5 years I have not moved, I just chose to redirect my post because I live in a shared building without post boxes and had been missing important mail. The lady on reception this morning was so unbelievable rude I have actually decided to register elsewhere. I cannot recommend you avoid this surgery highly enough.
