"Ignorant Receptionist "

I had to visit this Practice for a muscular issue in my leg, Clearly limping over to the young receptionist as I'd forgotten my glasses to book myself In via the touchscreen, awaiting the receptionist response I started to announce my personal details, as a receptionist the young girl could have easily just being polite and empathetic to my needs and booked me in, instead interrupting me mid sentence (never taking her eyes from the computer screen) saying can you go back over there and book in, I'm in the middle of something! I was absolutely disgusted at how ignorant this young lady was!, I'm not surprised Bartholomew medical group has so many negative reviews, this is the caring forefront for the NHS? It's a joke!
