I would just like to say that I was very impressed with the whole service provided right from my first appointment with Mr Alosta, having been referred by my GP, through the tests that followed and then my visit for the procedure.

Your booking staff explained things well and despite there being a shortage of beds a back up date for my procedure was given, which worked well.

All of your staff were excellent, being friendly and very professional throughout. Everything was explained clearly and I was made to feel well looked after and cared for.

I would like to thank everyone from the consultants, to the nurses who cared for me, and the staff providing meals and drinks making my visit and enjoyable experience.
