(as a service user),

Attended orthotic department recently, care was excellent by Jamie Everything clearly explained.

Measured for splint, excellent fit, very comfortable and made walking much easier.

Thanks very much for taking the time to give us this positive feedback our service and specifically about Jamie.

I'm very pleased, that you have had such a positive experience and we were able to meet your needs so well as we work hard to maintain a high standard of care and experience for all our patients.

I will pass this on to Jamie and the rest of the team as all staff strive to give our patients the best experience and its always great to hear when we are getting things right as it gives us a real morale boost.
