"Great and thorough positive experience"

I have visited the surgery twice over the last couple of days with a planned clinic visit and due to my concerns signposted to another colleague in the practice, the day after. At both appointments i was told exactly what would take place and when my results would be known. My results were available in no time and changes to medication prescribed the same day. I am aware of the results of recent inspections of the practice but hats the changes seem to have changed this surgery around.
