About: North Down Community Services / Ards Community Midwives

(as a service user),

I'd like to thank two particular staff members in the SEHSCT for supporting me and my family through pregnancy and birth.  Firstly Nicol, the Sister in Ards Community Hub - she encompasses everything a midwife strives to be.  She was the first staff member I met during this pregnancy who I felt truly listened to me.  She was kind and compassionate, and went over and beyond her role to support me.  I'd also like to thank Katherine, Consultant Midwife for the SEHSCT - she is a woman-centred power-house and I felt so safe and well cared for with her.  I am forever grateful for these two women.

Good afternoon,

Thankyou so much your kind feedback & recognition of the care you received by our team. Namely Nicola & Katherine. We take pride in delivering a high standard of care, being empathetic to the needs of those we care for & compassionate at all times. Ensuring the care that we provide is women centred. I will share this feedback & kind words to both Nicola & Katherine.
