"Disappointing lack of attention by staff"

About: Gartnavel General Hospital / General Surgery (ward 4a)

(as a relative),

Elderly relative patient moved to Ward 4a Gartnavel Hosp recently. On my arrival to visit, discovered the catheter & bag were under her and had been for over 3 hours since being placed in the bed. Having been sick earlier, my relative was still wearing the nightgown which still had cold, wet sick on it.

I saw a member of ward staff wipe their nose on their uncovered hand, then wipe their hand on their uniform as they tended patients. I'm sure that's not a normal hygiene protocol.
