(as the patient),

Excellent experience with the nurse having my implant changed. She was very friendly and professional and made me feel at ease. I felt very comfortable going through the pre op questions and she explained the timeline of when the implant would take effect etc. We then went into the exam room and she explained each step as she was doing it and checked to see if I was ok each time and chatted with me which made me feel well cared for. I didn't catch her name but would love if she knew that she is amazing.

We are delighted to hear that you've had an excellent experience during your implant change and the nurse you saw was very friendly and professional. It is great to also hear that you felt very comfortable during the consultation and the nurse was thorough with explaining the timeline of your implant.

Plus, it is wonderful to know that each step during your implant change was explained and the nurse checked to make sure you were ok throughout which helped you to feel well cared for. I will happily pass on your feedback to the team.
