"They were a wealth of knowledge"

About: Promoting Well Being / Access and information service

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I had a carer's assessment with social worker Susan today. I found this very beneficial.

Susan was very patient on the phone and took considerable time to go through all concerns I had and suggest some solutions. Susan was a wealth of knowledge and suggested things I had not thought of.

Dear RNNI

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us on your recent experience of completing a carers assessment with our social worker.

We are pleased to hear this was such a positive experience and your feedback is so important to the staff team to hear and learn from so we can ensure we are responsive to individual needs as you have described so well in your feedback.

It is also a lovely boost for staff to hear and we will share this at our next team meeting.

Access & Information Service is a central point of contact for referrals for anyone over 65 in the main, so if you need help accessing services or are just curious as to what we do please ring 028 37 564300 and anyone of the team will be happy to help.
