"Utterly Incompetent"

This GP surgery is utterly incompetent and does not function adequately. Impossible to get an appointment over the phone even if you phone at 8:30, as you are cut off and can’t even wait in a queue. You then cannot make an appointment in the surgery, so how are you meant to see a doctor?? You shouldn’t have to battle to be able to access a service that you pay for!!! The NHS wrote to me urging that I get a cervical screening, I managed to book an appointment a month in advance, only to turn up and find that the appointment was never booked and I now have to wait another month. The irony of it was the poster in the surgery highlighting how people in this area urgently need to get booked in for cervical screening. The receptionist was unapologetic and now I’m affected by their total incompetence, how hard can it be to click a button? Multiple people in the queue had issues where the surgery had forgotten to do something or gave advice that contradicted another receptionist, meaning it’s back to square one for that person, and again I heard no apology from the receptionist. Other facilities in the surgery do not work/have been purposely turned off, such as the sign in digital screen. Instead you have to wait in a queue of people who are having issues because of the incompetent staff, I saw many people miss their actual time slot because of this. This whole practice needs a thorough review of its service, how it can be acceptable to commit such a litany of errors is beyond me. This place needs shutting down immediately!
