"Caring and understanding"

About: Outpatients Department / Physiotherapy Outpatients

(as a service user),

I was referred to physio at whiteabbey hospital by my consultant neurologist and after waiting a year and half I finally got an appointment with the lovely Claire. Who was very understanding and empathetic

I have a complex medical history/needs and I knew that it was not going to easy and things would have be to altered to my medial condition but Claire was very patient and understanding with me. Which can be rare as a lot of people don’t get my condition. Although Claire had never heard of my condition she treated me as if she had been treating my condition for years she knew what would be suitable and what wouldn’t and gave me plenty of breaks in between exercises.

Although I was a bit disappointed that I only received three sessions and felt I need more sessions.
