The last time I had a checkup was when I first registered with the GP and I have been struggling to get another appointment for checkup. I was able to get an urgent appointment 11/2/2025 but did not get appointment confirmation. I called to ask about it, was told I will not get one and I have 2 minutes to show up for my appointment or cancel if I will not be able to make it then call back 8am the next morning to book another one. I filled the staff advice, I called and the call was not going through, and called again at 10.30, was denied an appointment because I cancelled the previous day, staff was rude, raising her voice and rudely dropped the call after.
