"Giving blood"

About: East Kilbride Locality Support Service / Treatment Room (East Kilbride)

(as a parent/guardian),

My teenage son recently went to give blood for the first time in a couple of years. Lesley was so kind and took my son through every step. She really put him at ease and had a lovely sense of humour. Thanks Lesley

Dear equuleusty94,

Thank you for taking the time to share you and your sons story of your recent visit to EK Treatment Rooms.

I am delighted to hear that Lesley put your son at ease and that this was a positive experience for you both as our staff work very hard to provide safe, effective, quality care of a very high standard.

We truly value all feedback and make sure to review and share it with our staff.

Best wishes.

Hi equuleusty94

I really appreciate your feedback regarding you and your sons visit to our treatment room. I am so pleased to hear that his experience was a positive one and that Lesley was able to support him through this process as I know it can be quite daunting for patients. I will pass your comments to Lesley, who I know will be delighted.

ann
