About: Dungannon / Occupational Therapy services Primary Care / Reablement Service

(as the patient),

After my hospital stay in December I was referred to the Southern Health & Social Care Trust Reablement Service and they arrived two days before Christmas.

I found them to be so caring, helpful and making me feel so safe. Each and everyone treated me at all times with dignity and respect.

This excellent service could not be improved and my sons endorse this and are so grateful to each and everyone.
