"Can’t express how happy we are to have her support"

About: Forth Valley Community Services / Health visiting

(as a parent/guardian),

I wanted to reach out to give some feedback on my family/ child’s health visitor:

Christine - Viewfield medical practice, forth valley. 

Christine has shown our family nothing but exemplary care. She has excellent communication skills, is friendly, offers great advice (which even though I am not a first time parent I have still learned from her and passed on to others) she never misses a review and is always on time. I can’t express how happy we are to have her support and guidance. Even just feedback that you are doing well.

When I was struggling emotionally Christine filled my cup probably without realising. As we now leave the first year of childhood, accessing less frequent visits we want to thank you Christine wholeheartedly and as you always say we know where you are if we ever need you. I hope you receive this feedback and it fills your cup! Many thanks.

Thank you very much for your lovely feedback, I'm glad you found Christine to be supportive to you in your first year. Thank you so much for your feedback I am delighted you are getting the support you require. The Team Lead has passed on your feedback to Christine who is thrilled she was able to help and don't forget she is there until your child goes to school so if you need her support in the future don't hesitate to contact her. I am pleased for you all that things are better and your feedback definitely has filled all of our cups up:)
