"Worst surgery "

This is one of the worst surgeries ever , you can never get a appointment through the phone lines. U called 8.29 am and was 6 in the queue and by 8.36 they closed the lines saying all appointments is booked. How is it possible for them to have so little emergency appointments with so many doctors. Last time I went to the surgery in person after frustrating morning trying to get an appointment and yelled at reception so gave me appointment.

And doctors are just worst , my husband has gout and had really high bp and the doctor didn’t bother to give any medication or even check his BP , he had to go to private clinic to get proper diagnosis and medication. This surgery should be fire these useless doctors and hire proper doctors. Do not register here don’t waste our tax money to pay for this mismanaged and terrible surgery
