My mother was admitted to A&E and from that moment the level of care she received was outstanding. We are so grateful to all the staff In A&E and wards 3 and 15 for the excellent care and support that was given to her at every stage. This was a clear example of the N.H.S functioning at its best.

Thank you very much for your kind words and feedback regarding your mother's recent admission to Ninewells, part of which involved her receiving care in the Emergency Department. Feedback like this is always greatly received and is a real boost to staff moral. I will ensure that it is fed back to the wider team.
