"Horribly run"

About: Bradford Royal Infirmary

This has to be the worst place i’ve ever been. Run horribly no communication in what’s going on. No idea where we are supposed to go, was meant to be sent to another waiting room and nobody told us. Staff stood round doing nothing, told there was a 12 hour wait for the doctor. Had to phone gp after waiting 10 hours to have any chance of being seen. Couldn’t run a bath
