To Everyone at the GRACE Clinic, 

Thank you for your wonderful care this past week. I am so grateful to have had the benefit of your expertise, skill and kindness.

Without your intervention I would have ended up needing admission, which I really wanted to avoid.

The GRACE Clinic is an amazing service and the staff running it are a credit to the NHS.

You are wonderful! Thank you so much!
