"Special care from Dermatology Receptionist"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Dermatology

(as a service user),

My wife who has dementia was having difficulty walking and was noticed by a male receptionist invited us to take a seat ,left his post and went a considerable distance to get a wheelchair, took my wife down stairs and waited with her while I fetched my car from the parking area helped me get my wife into my car.

Above and beyond his post.

Well done that receptionist.

On initial arrival at the dermatology department we did not expect so much, it only shows appearances can be deceptive. Wonderful kind person.
